Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the Participant, you or your) and Dorcas Onabanjo of Suite 163, 80A Ruskin Ave, Welling, London DA16 3QQ with email address info@dorcasonabanjo.com; (the Organiser, we, us, or our) for attending and participating in our event(s).

By registering for and attending the event, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Interpretation

  • Refers to any individual holding a valid ticket and attending the event.

Event Attendance

  1. Entry Requirements: Attendees must present a valid ticket and any required identification for entry. Failure to provide necessary documents may result in denied entry without refund.

  2. Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow all event rules and regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive behavior without refund.

Event Changes or Cancellation

  1. Organiser's Right: The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, lineup, or any other aspect as deemed necessary. In case of event cancellation by the Organiser, attendees may be eligible for a refund as per the Organiser's discretion.

  2. Force Majeure: The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

  1. Limitation of Liability: Attendees acknowledge that participation in the event is at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property during the event.

  2. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the attendee's participation in the event.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and any modifications will be effective upon posting on the event's official website or communication channels.
