Mental Health Awareness for Ethnic Minorities talk

It was such a MASSIVE privilege to speak at the Advocacy Focus Mental Health Awareness webinar this morning! It was wonderful to be able to share a bit about myself, my journey and why mental health matters. Thank you Carolina de Almeida for the fantastic opportunity!

After a slightly anxiety/imposter syndrome blip this morning before leaving the house, it was lovely to present to such a warm, engaging audience. Talking about something I’m so passionate about is fun and can be daunting as it's such an important topic but these conversations need to be had.

Advocacy Focus is doing such incredible work highlighting the mental health challenges faced by young people, ethnic minorities and those who reside within that intersection.

Here’s to more future speaking engagements, talking about the things that matter most, click here to watch my talk 🧠🥂
