With a BSc in Neuroscience, a PgDip in Global Public Health and Policy and an MSc in Psychology, I have an academically sound understanding of human behaviour. My practice does not solely rely on my academic understanding but also on my own personal experiences which allows me to navigate environments with empathy, compassion and intentionality.
I have worked across various sectors including non-profit, hospitality, communications, social care and of course, the health care sector. My far-reaching professional background has provided me with a keen understanding and appreciation for human behaviour and people.
I curate and deliver skills-based trauma-informed psycho-educational workshops. My workshops integrate the Power Threat Meaning Framework (PTMF), compassion focussed practice and Critical Race Theory (CRT).
